Qualifications :

• Education Bachelor Degree any discipline
• 10 years in area of CSR preferable with mining experience
• Knowledge and understanding of community, social issues and security operational
• Having skills in management proficiency, surveillance, analyzing information, informing others, staffing, coordination, tracking budget expenses, handles pressure, reporting, scheduling, and dealing with complexity
• Act honestly and with integrity all times

Responsibilities :

• Manager CSR will develop all company plan and strategy in building up relations and develop programs, identifying community skills, assets, issues and needs
• Manage technical reviews to identify areas for potential improvement
• Making sure that good understanding and mutual relationship with community well maintain to support all of the opportunity activity
• Lead, organize and provide direction for employee to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results
