PT Indexim Coalindo is a coal mining company operating in East Kutai Regency – East Kalimantan Province. The operation is licensed under the Coal Mining Exploitation Work Agreement (PKP2B) II agreement, covering an area of 24,050 hectares that include 3 districts under the East Kutai Regency namely Kaubun, Karangan and Bengalon.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in area of legal licensing and government relation on mining industry
• Good english in speak and writing
• Update knowledge with new regulations related to company business
• Able to work independently as good as in team

Responsibilities

• Processing corporate permit
• Maintain all necessary permits and conformances in line with prevailing Indonesian Regulations
• Maintain professional relationships with central and regional Government as well as other related stakeholder
• Ensure the entire permitting process runs according to the time line
• Reporting the whole process that runs either route or appropriate to a particular need to management
• Manage and maintain documentation of the licensing process
