Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in any discipline
• Preferred Business or Engineer Background
• Minimum experience more than 3 year on same position
• Understanding basic “coal traffic jobs” role
• Fast learner, action oriented, systematic & highly discipline
• Good communication with various stakeholders (Indonesian/English)
• Banking, commercials, or technical understanding will be an advantage
• Placement on Head Office Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue.
• Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
• Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.
• Monitor database of prospecting client through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
• Handle customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem.
• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
• Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
