Responsibility:

• Lead, organize and provide direction for the team to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and the business results.
• Ensure behaviors are consistent to enhance the team environment and company values.
• Develop teamwork among the team.
• To protect, prevent, and monitor crime trends and security incidents in Project Site and surrounds, and recommend risk mitigating strategies. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies as required.
• Identify and implement strategies for improving effectiveness and efficiency.
• Working together with local authorities in handling criminal action and further process if needed
• Manage and maximize all security personnel
• To ensure business operational continuity as planned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree any discipline, preferably from former military or police (Perwira Menengah/ Pamen)
• 10 Years in Area of Security in Manager level on mining Industry
• Surveillance, Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Staffing, Coordination, Handles Pressure, Reporting, and Dealing with Complexity.
• Able to lobby, good communication, coordination, strong commitment and strong leadership
• Good knowledge and understanding of security operational.
• Able to handle illegal mining activities, securing asset and people at site
• Able to operate computer, internet and make proper report along with supporting document
• Experience with leadership of multi disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.
• Familiar / understand about Security Management System and emergency response plan
• Familiar / understand with the operational of CCTV and other supporting security equipment
• Act honestly and with integrity all times and dealing with complexity
• Willing to be placed in site with roster business work 6 weeks on site and 2 weeks off site
