PT Unggul Dinamika Utama are coal mining contractor that having long term contract with PT Indexim Coalindo to doing earth moving contract at East Kalimantan. Currently need position senior buyer placement at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing operations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage contracting process, bids, procurement, records, renewals in existing system.
• Sourcing new vendors for tenders, negotiations, contracts, and implementation
• Maintain procurement records and keep them current according to state standards, review contracts and maintain an efficient central file system for contracts and renewals to assure contract compliance.
• Manage insurance policies and work with insurance broker, administration of all lines of insurance bids, review with executive team, insurance certificates/liens, records/file, renewals. Develop reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 (any discipline)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in same position on mining industry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills
• Knowledge of purchasing and forecasting systems
• Have a good Leadership
• Willing to place Head Office Jakarta
