PT Unggul Dinamika Utama are coal mining contractor that having long term contract with PT Indexim Coalindo to doing earth moving contract at East Kalimantan. Currently need position Senior Contract placement at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract plans and strategies based on user department contracting requirements and provide regular progress status reports of all contracting activities.
• Use, monitor and update the contracting components of the SAP contracts administration systems, online contracts request system, and related data and reporting systems.
• Administer contract matters relating to Government regulatory compliance, claims, disputes, invoicing/payments, correspondence, back charges, taxes, insurance, liability, indemnities, bonds and retentions.
• Maintain standard contract documents and prepare formal contract documentation customized to suit specific contract requirements of Company’s operational activities.
• Ensure timely and professional service to user departments in the preparation and evaluation

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field or an MBA
• Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration in the mining industry
• Purchasing experience preferably within a large mining organization
• Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and Advanced computer skills;
